The unit has 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom, that includes a locked storage unit, also it has full size washer & dryer, dishwasher and gas fireplace. The utilities that are included in the rent are water, sewer, snow plowing, and trash removal. Tenants pay gas and electric.

Martha’s Vineyard is a no pet and no smoke property. We do background and credit check on all of our tenants. To qualify we ask applicants to meet 3xs rent, with good credit and good rental history. In addition, we do not accept housing assistance programs. Occupancy is limited up to 3 in the two bedroom units.

Security deposit is one month of rent
Application fee $40.00
