To qualify, we ask applicants to make 3 times the amount of rent, with good credit and good rental history. We do credit and background check on each applicant over 18.
We do NOT accept housing assistance programs and have an occupancy limit of 3.
Residents pay gas and electric.

-Application fee is $40.
-Security deposit of one month of rent and signed lease is necessary to hold the apartment.
