-Application fee is $40.
-Security deposit of one month of rent and signed lease is necessary to hold the apartment.
-We do NOT accept housing assistance programs.
-Occupancy limit is 3
-Rent includes water, sewer, trash and snow removal.
-Residents pay gas and electric.
